diablo 2 lod download full game free no cd

I ran the program and it still said that I needed to insert the CD. Put it on a USB drive and installed it on my Chromebook 3 via Crouton.

I then went on my desktop, installed D2 & LOD through the Blizzard website. I then plugged an external CD-ROM into my Chromebook 3 in an attempt to run the game, but it still said that I needed to insert the CD. I attempted to run the game, but alas, it still requested the CD to be inserted. I obtained all the files off my CD-ROMs for Diablo2 & LOD and put them in the Diablo II folder. Unknown which ones or where to get them reliably. exe it gives me the same error of 'insert cd'.Īnyone know a work around or fix for this?
